1. We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not pleased with a product, you may request a return

2. Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery

3. To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be mostly unused and should have at least 90% of their original condition remaining.

4. We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 3 to 5 working days.

5. Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

6. Customers are responsible for any delivery charges required for exchanging products.

8. In cases of damage, and receiving the wrong product, Coolsio.shop will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange
